Shipping methods

From For You 0-16 shipping is free if the order value exceeds €49.99. On the other hand, if the order does not exceed the amount listed above or we are in a period of promotions, shipping throughout Italy is subject to payment and costs €5.

We only ship via GLS.

Delivery time

Items are shipped 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the order date.
During the period of sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.

Estimated times for delivery from the date of shipment are from 1/2 working days.

Attention , in Italy the following days are holidays and the courier does not ship:

SHIPPING TRACEABILITY

When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from For You 0-16 with the tracking number and a link to track the progress of the shipment.

ORDER DELIVERY

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to inspect the package carefully before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment.

If, for any reason, the box with the For You 0-16 print or some parts of the packaging appear to have been tampered with, customers are asked to sign the acknowledgment of receipt with reserve, or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unrecognized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact For You 0-16. at apparelforyou.016@gmail.com.

If a reception or porter's lodge is available at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the staff present.

If the package and/or the items inside are damaged , or if an item indicated on the delivery note is missing inside , the packaging must be kept for further checks.

Any complaint regarding damage, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by For You 0-16 within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with For You 0-16 and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons depending on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
